Abstract

Occupational safety and health knowledge needs to be considered and studied together to lay the foundation of information for both small and large industries. Attitudes and actions for work safety by preventing accidents when working in the workspace or workshop are generally imperative that both workers and employers must obey. Owners of small businesses that are usually not touched or not noticed by the government, such as the gamelan making business. There are many gamelan-making industries in Central Java, but the center of the gamelan-making industry is quite large, which is located in Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. this is . The problems that will be described in this study are: Is there an effect of K3 knowledge and managerial support on the attitude of prioritizing K3. this research is purpose to predict the effect of K3 knowledge and managerial support on the attitude of prioritizing K3. This research is an observative research which is quantitative in nature. Sampling was purposive random. Of the 106 employees, 35 were taken.
